General advice I see online is: +200 and -20 on all cores
I did that and increased my temps and power draw WHAT
by setting it down -20, it uses less voltage for a clock speed. So power draw and heat output are lower for the same performance, but the curve is offset... so there is more available at the higher end of the curve. So it can now do more work and output more heat.

I did a CoreCycler run and it was fine
